| Description: |
The Tovlan Supply Ship was one of the more common auxiliary configurations of the Tolavim Light Cruiser. These supply freighters strip most of the Tolavim’s weapons to make room for several cramped cargo bays. Tovlan Supply Ships were built for hauling crated maintenance materials including replacement parts, industrial supplies, and prefabricated fighters. They could not however transport organics due to poorly controlled environmental conditions within the holds.
Tovlan Supply Ships remained in military service until newer models forced their dismissal in 1793. The cast-off Tovlans were sold off to civilian interests for a handsome price which helped to offset the cost of replacing the aging class.
