A sturdy and powerful little light fighter, the Looter was a mainstay of the Draconian fleet for decades. The dominance of the Looter interceptor flights on the Zykarian border was one of the principle reasons why the Zykarian government ended up abandoning the fledgling fighter program altogether in order to concentrate on their War Cruisers. However the Looters light sensor package was incapable of penetrating Saurian Masking technology, and it has been slowly been being phased out in favor of newer, heavier designs.
