A LCV manned by loyal Atreides militia, the Torpedo Cutter was based on a civilian lighter design that emphasized speed and maneuverability. In its converted Militia role the vessel’s weapons included two class-S missile racks, a Vulcan Railgun and two single chainguns for point defense. Designed as an attack platform with limited defenses, it would be the ultimate representation of how free Atreides citizens paid back the beneficence of their Duke with loyalty and bravery.
