The Dilgar Targath-V Long Range Explorer is a unit deployed by the Dilgar as a forward scouting platform to explore into unknown territory. Whereas the Protra scouts were optimized for intelligence gathering operations, the Targath-V is a more traditional ELINT platform meant for long-range exploratory patrols along the borders.
