One of the few dedicated warships in the Chouka fleet, the Retribution Battlecruiser is also one of the first ships to be produced in any numbers by the Chouka. The Retribution represented the best technology the Theocracy could muster during the 1930’s, and was an impressive ship for its time. Retributions served with distinction in the Defense Guard, but after three decades it became obvious that time had taken its toll on them.

By the time of the war with the Circasians, the Retribution Battlecruiser had been relegated to being a reserve unit usually held for fast strike missions that relied on its speed to complete the mission objectives. Only a few of the ships had ever been built, but enough existed to make them a deadly reality on the battlefield.
